- Pet deposit is $250 for one and $250 non-refundable.
- $350 for 2 and non-refundable $350.00
- $10 per month pet rent, per pet.
Rental Deposits is $300 all refundable, currently on special for $200.00 currently.
There is a non-refundable fee of $175
